We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with guest registration, providing support to event coordinators, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Support guest registration and check-in processes.
• Provide on-site assistance and troubleshooting during events.
• Help with event breakdown and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators and other staff.
• Ensure all event-related tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
