We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various event-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff.
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival.
• Manage registration and check-in processes.
• Provide support for audiovisual equipment and technology.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of event areas.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
