Event Helper

We are seeking a contract event helper to assist with various tasks for events held at our location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and organizing event materials.
• Greet and direct guests, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Help manage registration and check-in processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Provide support during the event, including serving food and beverages, managing activities, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space before, during, and after the event.
• Assist with post-event tasks such as inventory management and feedback collection.

• Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
