We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Helper to assist with various tasks for upcoming events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces
• Manage registration and guest lists
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Provide on-site support during events
• Ensure all event materials and equipment are in place
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues that arise
• Maintain a high level of customer service
