What started as an idea is quickly becoming a brand with big ambitions. We´re creating a premium meat & Dairy company built around clean ingredients, transparency, exceptional quality, and authentic storytelling. This isn´t just another snack brand, we´re building something we believe can become a household name.

We´re looking for an experienced Co-Founder to join us at the ground level and help shape the future of the company.

• Built brand identity and voice for a food startup from pre-launch , including naming, packaging design, and tone-of-voice guidelines

• Managed relationships with farm and ranch suppliers, coordinating shoot schedules, approvals, and long-term partnership terms
• Served as primary point of contact for customer feedback across social, e-mail, and retail partners, resolving 99%+ of issues in a timely manner
• Built and maintained vendor scorecards tracking delivery reliability, quality consistency, and communication responsiveness
• Lead monthly customer meetings to review deliveries and quality feedback, relaying findings back to the operations team

• Owned monthly brand performance reporting, tracking engagement rate, follower growth, and retention across paid and organic channels, in partnership with the data team

• Coordinated with management to align on and implement strategies discussed in leadership meetings

• 8+ years in the food & beverage industry
• Experience with CPG, natural foods, or premium consumer brands
