Rosie’s Gaming Emporium – Richmond, part of Colonial Downs Group, seeks a Gaming Host to enhance guest service, grow VIP relationships, and develop engaging promotions. You will cultivate relationships with high-value guests and help expand the Players Club program on the gaming floor.
You will leverage player tracking systems, coordinate events, and coordinate communications to ensure guests are informed and engaged while maintaining data confidentiality and security.
