We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist in the successful execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support during events, including guest assistance, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
