We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of various events. The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Provide support during events by managing guest check-ins, distributing materials, and addressing attendee inquiries.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event-related items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of events.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of event setup and breakdown.
• Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
