Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and customers upon arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Provide support in setting up and breaking down events or meetings.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about services and facilities.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
