A highly regarded investment bank headquartered in Richmond is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join its growing team in Richmond, VA. • Lead execution of M&A transactions and capital raises, including financial modeling, due diligence, and drafting key materials (CIMs, management presentations, etc.)
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
• Support senior bankers in business development efforts and pitch preparation
• Mentor analysts and contribute to team development

• 2-5 years of investment banking experience,
• Strong technical skills in valuation, modeling, and presentation development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CPA a plus but not required
• A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for middle market advisory
