Position: Financial Management & PowerApps Manager with Security Clearance
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end financial management for programs or portfolios, overseeing financial reporting, forecasts, variance analysis, and leadership-ready financial insights.

* Own contract management and performance oversight, monitoring deliverables, service levels, burn rates, and compliance with contract terms; drive timely issue resolution and corrective actions.

* Manage asset and inventory (shore asset) management operations, including governance, audits, reporting, reconciliation, and process improvements for lifecycle tracking and accountability.

* Design and lead Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform solutions in an operational environment to streamline workflows (intake, approvals, tracking) and reduce manual effort.

* Build integrated dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI where applicable) that connect financials, contract performance, and asset data into actionable operational metrics.

* Define data standards, internal controls, and documentation to improve data quality, traceability, and readiness for reviews or audits.

We work with the CFO, CAO, controller, and treasurer to develop an efficient, high quality, data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury function that empowers our clients to drive more value to their business partners and to their investors. Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
* Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

* Must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, VA on a reoccurring basis

* 8+ years of experience in financial management expertise, including oversight of financial reporting

* 5+ years of experience with contract management and performance oversight

* 2+ years of experience leading Microsoft Power Apps (Power Platform) development in an operational environment

* 5+ years of experience with shore asset management, including asset & inventory management support and reporting
