Finance & Banking Associate, Corporate Finance

Our client in Richmond, VA is looking to hire an experienced Associate with experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Deal Advisory. The ideal candidates will have 3 plus years experience in the aforementioned fields and strong modeling skills. This is an exceptional and unique career opportunity with many options for expansion.

• Perform financial analysis on new and existing portfolio companies
• Communicate with prospective clients leadership teams
• Present findings to executive leadership
• Monitor and report on potential risk
• Have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives

• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, operational, and/or strategic decision-making positions. Preference given to Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Deal Advisory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Attention to details and sense of prioritization and meeting deadlines
