• Prepare and review S-Corp and Individual tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Analyze client financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Advise clients on deductions, credits, planning strategies, and compliance
• Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations
• Support new client onboarding and set them up for long-term success
• Review returns for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before filing
• Partner closely with clients and teammates to solve tax-related questions
• Maintain organized, detailed records of tax communications and filings

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of tax preparation experience (S-Corp & Individual returns preferred)
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and filing procedures
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude
