It’s an exciting time to join the Tech Finance Team as we continue to pursue our ‘Tech Transformation’ journey and transform how we build software.
This role requires strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and executive‑level communication to support our Technology organization.
Key Competencies- Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights.
- Able to critically evaluate data and option sets and present recommendations.
- Partner with business leadership to assess the financial implications of continued investments in our Tech organization.
- Develop presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership audiences.
- Effective under both open‑ended and tight timelines.
- Financial analysis & reporting:
Accurately analyze & explain key cost drivers and monthly variances, suggest actions to the business, and manage the regular reporting process. - Budgeting, forecasting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Business presentations:
Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams. - Ad‑hoc requests and special projects.
- Independently manage and prioritize workload.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis.
- At least 3 years’ experience with financial modeling.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- 4+ years’ experience in financial analysis.
- 4+ years’ experience with financial modeling.
- 4+ years’ experience in strategic analysis & planning.
- Proven business relationship, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated independent problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to positively contribute to overall success of the team.

Location salary ranges (annual, full‑time):
McLean, VA: $120,800 – $137,900
Richmond, VA: $109,900 – $125,400
This role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
