Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our North America Commercial Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer pricing processes, monthly financial analysis, and business case modeling. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic, global manufacturing environment.

• Execute quarterly/semesterly/monthly pricing mechanisms by updating and maintaining customer price files & internal ERPs based on contractual agreements, raw material indices, and internal pricing structures.
• Support the monthly close and analysis process by preparing reports, identifying key drivers of sales price performance, accruals linked to sales contracts, and assisting in commentary for the North America region in relation to pure price.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to ensure pricing accuracy and financial alignment.
• Help monitor and analyze customer and product profitability to support strategic decisions.
• Ad‑hoc support in relation to:
  • Monthly sales forecast and annual sales budgeting
  • Global reporting tools training and support to North America Users

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or pricing‑related role (internships or co‑ops encouraged).
• Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of pricing concepts, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across functions and teams.
