Responsibilities
- Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a comprehensive financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses; must be self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing the client’s interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously and learns/adapts to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credential.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Under the SAFE Act, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Employees are required to register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
