Sage Wealth Advisors, located in Richmond, Virginia, a growing wealth advisory firm, is seeking a full‑time detail‑oriented and client‑focused Office Manager/Registered Client Service Associate to support our financial advisors and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate account administration, and supporting daily operations within a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the daily needs of running our office(s) (main office point of contact for company vendors, handle office supplies, etc)
  • Perform Wells Fargo Advisors supervisory‑related duties delegated to you by the Branch Manager
  • Assist the Managing Partners with operating our business, which may entail assuming duties/work needed to effectively manage our practice
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, inquiries, and follow‑ups
  • Assist advisors with client onboarding, account opening, and documentation processing
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodial systems
  • Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, and service requests
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on action items
  • Support ongoing client communications, including meeting summaries and reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • 3‑5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or client support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A valid Series 7 license
Preferred
  • Experience working with financial advisory firms or RIAs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail)
  • A valid Series 9/10 license
