Harris Williams is an investment bank specializing in M&A and capital advisory services. The internship program is a 10‑week experience that begins with a two‑week training program covering valuation and modeling modules and deal simulation.

Interns gain exposure to the analyst or associate role through different phases of M&A transactions, working with various industry groups and subsectors.

• Supporting the deal team through financial analysis, research, and preparation of client materials. Exposure includes managing the data room, taking notes in meetings, building weekly update decks, preparing performance update decks, and preparing management for buyer diligence and management presentation calls.
• Learning about the M&A process and different coverage teams within the bank.
