Senior FP&A Analyst
The Senior FP&A Analyst partners with key operational leaders to provide insights into business performance and identify growth opportunities. The role supports month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and the preparation of strategic presentations for executive leadership.
Core Responsibilities- Partner with the general accounting team to facilitate the month‑end close process.
- Review monthly financials, analyze variances to forecast and budget, and communicate findings to executive leadership and business partners.
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts using complex financial models and insights from business partners and leadership.
- Leverage accounting and financial systems to gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to produce monthly financial reports that clearly articulate business performance.
- Assist with the creation of key financial presentations for senior leadership (e.g., quarterly board meetings).
- Support Treasury on cash positioning and strategies.
- Provide insights into the status of Accounts Receivable to enable operational and sales teams to complete the order‑to‑cash cycle effectively.
- Support the implementation of new accounting, accounts payable, expense processing, and other related financial systems to gain operational efficiencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Net Suite, SAP Concur, Airbase, Expensify, or similar software.

- Demonstrated strong work ethic and results focus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, or a related business field.
- 2‑5 years of experience at a leading investment bank and/or private equity firm seeking operating experience with a high‑performance team.
