Registered Client Service Associate – Branch Office Manager
Prospect Blue is partnering with a growing and highly respected wealth management firm in Richmond, Virginia, to identify an experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused Registered Client Service Associate – Branch Office Manager.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting financial advisors, enhancing the client experience, and helping drive operational excellence across the practice. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial services operations, client relationship management, and/or compliance or supervisory support within a fast-paced advisory environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service Associate, Operations Associate, Branch Administrator, or financial services professional seeking a highly visible role with long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, inquiries, and follow-up communications
- Deliver a high-touch client experience with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Coordinate client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and manage post-meeting follow-up items
- Support ongoing client communications, reporting, and account servicing activities
- Assist advisors with client onboarding, account opening, transfers, and documentation processing
- Prepare and process account paperwork and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM and custodial systems
- Help ensure operational workflows are completed in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative support
- Act as a key operational partner to leadership and advisors in managing the business effectively
- Support practice management initiatives and help improve operational processes and efficiencies
- Assist with supervisory and compliance-related responsibilities delegated by Branch leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, brokerage operations, or client support
- Series 7 license license
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working within a financial advisory firm, broker-dealer, or RIA environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Redtail
- Supervisory or compliance support experience
- Series 9/10 license preferred, but not required for consideration
