Associate Banker

Your role is to represent Chase’s brand and culture with hospitality and state‑of‑the‑art banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships, provide product knowledge, and introduce clients to the team of experts to help them reach their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, regulatory, and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on self‑service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.

• Client‑first service mindset, delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Team collaboration to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Fast learner of products, services, and procedures.
• Relevant experience in client service or comparable field.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
