Work ScheduleHybrid – 3 days onsite in Richmond, VA
$175,000+ base
Bonus/Commission Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across a multi-site manufacturing network.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Deliver financial insights that influence strategic decision-making.
- Drive working capital optimization and free cash flow improvements.
- Lead and develop controllers, finance managers, and analysts.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Manufacturing finance experience
- Standard cost accounting experience
- Multi-site/regional finance leadership
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
