ASCENDING in Richmond, VA is seeking an Early-Stage Collections & Loss Mitigation Specialist for a long-term contract-to-hire, onsite role. You will contact borrowers 30–60 days past due, negotiate payments, and set up repayment plans in accordance with investor guidelines.
You will also handle loss mitigation calls, explain options, and document all interactions in the MSP Servicing System, maintaining compliance with FHA, VA, and agency standards.
