Finance Development Program Intern – Summer 2027

Hybrid, Richmond, VA. Candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance if not located in the area.

The Finance Development Program Internship is a 10‑ to 12‑week opportunity beginning in Summer 2027. Interns will work in departments such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, finance shared services, accounting, reporting, and investments. Upon successful completion, rising seniors may be invited to interview for full‑time positions within the full‑time Finance Development Program.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• High aspirations for a career in the Finance/Accounting/Investments fields.
• High initiative, leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications.

Hiring Rate: $22.00–$23.50/hour (national market‑based pay range). This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan; incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
