Finance Development Program Analyst – Summer 2027

At Genworth, we cultivate future business leaders through a highly competitive program designed for recent graduates with finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics degrees. Beginning Summer 2027, this two‑to‑three‑year program includes two‑to‑three one‑year rotational assignments combined with formal classroom training in finance, accounting, investments, business strategy, and leadership development. Participants will focus on developing key financial and investment expertise within the insurance industry.

Program Analysts will gain experience in financial planning and analysis, controllership, expense management, accounting and reporting, investment operations, portfolio management, public and private asset credit research, alternatives, real estate, and trading.

• Must be graduating by Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration (Finance or Accounting concentration), or Mathematics
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Basic accounting courses completed
• Strong analytical ability
• Team player with high initiative and a change orientation
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated integrity
• Geographic mobility (ability to rotate into the Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA office)

Hiring Rate: $65,000

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
