Osaic Wealth is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our growing practice. This is not simply an administrative role - it's an opportunity to learn the financial planning business from experienced advisors while developing the skills needed for long-term career growth.
You'll work directly with financial advisors, help deliver an exceptional client experience, and gain firsthand exposure to investments, retirement planning, wealth management, and financial planning.

What You'll Do- Support financial advisors with day-to-day client service
- Prepare paperwork for new accounts and account maintenance
- Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars
- Communicate with clients regarding account requests and service needs
- Process transfers, distributions, beneficiary changes, and other service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate follow-up items before and after client meetings
- Assist with financial planning preparation and client presentations
- Work with custodians and insurance carriers to resolve client requests
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
- Help create an exceptional client experience through proactive communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Recent graduates are ideal candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning new technology and financial systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
