Director of Tax Planning and Research

Genworth is seeking a Director of Tax Planning and Research to lead complex tax strategy across our insurance and financial services businesses. You will drive federal, state, and local tax planning, interpret evolving tax law, and advise senior leaders on the implications for long-term care, mortgage, and protection products. Partnering with Finance, Legal, and product teams, you’ll structure transactions, manage tax risk, and guide responses to tax authorities.

You’ll also mentor a high-performing tax team, foster collaboration, and support Genworth’s mission of long-term financial security for families.
