 Please review the following job description:
 Review and input necessary information to setup or fund a closed Correspondent loan for purchase. Teammate will review closing document and loan disclosures to identify key data points. Demonstrate aptitude with communicating electronically. Attention to detail is crucial for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
 1. Review closed loan packages for key documents.
 2. Review key data points within the loan package to determine if the loan is acceptable for purchase.
 3. Enter, validate and correct information in Lending Space to ensure data integrity.
 4. Communicate loan defects in clear and concise term
 5. Generate reports to assist with production.
 6. Mentor and train other teammates in some areas.
 QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

 1. High School Diploma or equivalent education and work related training

 4. Familiarity with mortgage loan documents

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and related training
 2. 2+ years of experience in lending or finance, preferably in mortgage originations
 3.

Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following:
Lending Space, Compliance Ease, MSP, FHA Connection, MERS

 The annual base salary for this position is $45,760 - $65,000
 General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
