Chase - 7203 Midlothian Turnpike - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check-in and schedule meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build trusted relationships with clients, actively listen, and collaborate with branch team to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
