Support the Brokerage Operations Trade Support team by serving as a key resource for daily operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Partner with department leadership to manage complex trade support functions, streamline workflows, resolve escalated issues, and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations by processing tasks within the department(s) and maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Resolve issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business.
  • Stay current with industry standards and new policies and procedures relative to the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for complex tasks in the department.
  • Perform supervisory reviews of certain critical functions and retrieve and monitor exception reports.
  • Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business.
  • Monitor daily inventory position and P&L information for respective trading desks and assist in the resolution of any differences.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in brokerage operations
  • Knowledge of advanced concepts, principles and practices of assigned functional area(s)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven to achieve results, thrive in a fast paced environment and required to solve problems and make decisions based on sound judgement
  • Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 63 license
  • The annual base salary for this position is $$46,750 - $95,930.

    General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:
