We're Growing! Looking to Add 1–2 Loan Officers to Our Team
Dominion Capital Mortgage is looking to add one or two motivated Mortgage Loan Officers in the Richmond, VA area.
Whether you're an experienced Loan Officer looking for a better platform to grow your business or a newer licensed LO eager to build your career, we'd love to connect.
What we're looking for:- Licensed in Virginia
- Self-motivated and relationship-focused
- Preferably comfortable generating your own business (although qualified leads are available)
- Committed to providing an outstanding customer experience
- Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential
- Work from home, in the office, or a combination of both
- Dedicated processing support—you focus on finding clients and closing loans, while our processing team handles the file through closing
- A supportive environment focused on helping you succeed
