Seeks experienced, talented, and energetic candidates for the position of Human Resource Generalist. This position is ideal for candidates with experience handling benefits administration, payroll preparation, talent acquisition, classification and compensation and writing policies and procedures.
Position Summary
This position provides administrative support for the maintenance of financial and grants management systems that support state and federally funded transportation programs. Responsibilities include maintaining project and funding records, processing financial system updates, reconciling data across multiple systems, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Financial Programming team to support compliance with applicable policies and procedures while ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial and grants management activities.
Job Description
- Maintain and update project, budget, funding, and grant information within financial and grants management systems.
- Process approved financial transactions, including budget adjustments, funding source updates, appropriations, revenue modifications, project status changes, and grant award setup.
- Review financial and project records for completeness, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial management, accounting, budgeting, grants administration, or enterprise financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government financial systems or grants management programs.
- Knowledge of federal or state grant administration processes.
- Experience with financial reconciliations, data validation, and records management.
