Chase - 5205 West Broad Street - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings.;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and the use of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions, in coordination with branch team.;
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, in accordance with bank policies.
