Affirm is seeking a Lead validator for Finance and Analytics models within its Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit group. You’ll perform independent validation of ALM, allowance/loss forecasting, loan transition models, and related analytics, driving rigorous governance and remediation with cross-functional teams.
You bring 4–6 years of model validation or quantitative finance experience, deep knowledge of corporate finance and forecasting, and strong Python/SQL skills.
