Associate-Restructuring

We are working with our best client in finance to help them find someone with experience in restructuring and turnaround. This is a new role and it is slated to become it's own department with future hires. The company is strong and successful and enjoying a well-planned growth period. They see this role as a pivotal point in their continued trajectory.

They are open to the level and title and are open to relocating the right candidate. Attractive base and bonus combination available.

Duties:

• Serve as point person on distressed accounts
• Analyze and make recommendations for account recover
• Work closely with various departments and interact with top leadership

Experience:

• Presentation skills and expert communication and writing skills
• Ability to uniquely and professionally solve problems resulting in success for the customer and the firm
