We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Consultant to join our team in Richmond Advice Centre. Whether you're an experienced banking professional or someone ready to take the next step in your career, this is an exciting opportunity to build trusted customer relationships and make a real difference in people's financial journeys.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions that help them achieve their goals. From supporting customers through their home ownership journey to identifying opportunities across lending, Kiwi Saver and everyday banking needs, no two days are the same.

You'll be part of a collaborative Advice Centre team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes while bringing ASB's values of Care, Courage and Curiosity to life every day.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Have experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within banking, financial services, retail, hospitality or another service-focused environment
• Enjoy building relationships and having meaningful conversations with customers
• Are confident identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Have an interest in personal lending, home ownership and helping customers achieve their financial aspirations
• Are digitally savvy and comfortable adapting to new technologies and ways of working
• Bring strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
