Process Analyst
Our client, a commercial banking company, is looking for a process analyst for their Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA/Richmond, VA location.
Responsibilities:- Document and maintain business processes
- Facilitate process reviews, workshops, or working sessions with stakeholders
- Coordinate issue resolution and process escalations
- Identify opportunities for automation or simplification
- Ensure processes comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
- Design and recommend future-state processes.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify, organize and complete tasks with limited direction
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to organize and push work forward
- Proficient in tracking performance metrics
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data management and governance
- Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
