ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate individual performance compared to internal departmental quality standards.

Identify and rate any production quality issues overall.

Provide a final summary report to leadership once IQR and department management discuss and assess final risk ratings.

Assist leadership with training programs targeted toward department needs or individual teammate issues.

Support post closing with additional resources.

Work with origination partners to improve processes utilizing data from Feedback loop

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 2 years work experience in a back office operations area

Strong understanding of mortgage documentation

Ability to support multiple tasks, with varying levels of complexity, importance and involvement

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented, motivated and function well in a team environment

Must exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly comprehend information

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications

Previous closing/post-closing experience

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Sitting/Standing/Walking/Bending/Lifting Sitting Constantly (More than 50% of the time)
Visual / Audio / Speaking Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
Travel Minimal and up to 10%

The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 to $70,000.
