This is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Richmond Region

As a Relationship Development Associate, you'll play an important role in expanding our presence in the community, strengthening client relationships, and helping create new business opportunities.
You'll gain hands-on experience, professional development, mentorship, and licensing support while building the foundation for a long-term career in financial services and wealth management.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to support client planning initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and strategic financial conversations
- Support outreach and business development efforts
- Learn the fundamentals of holistic financial planning and wealth management
- Build your own professional network and book of business over time
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives that help expand our Richmond presence
