Because we keep our overhead low, we pass the margin directly to our MLOs and our clients. We average 237.5 bps with our primary lenders, and as a broker, we rarely lose on price. When you combine our rate sheet with our top-notch, localized customer service, your conversion rates will skyrocket.
The Compensation Structure (Revenue Share) We believe top producers deserve the lion’s share of the revenue. This is a 100% commission role with a transparent, tiered revenue-share model. Based on our average 237.5 bps gross margin, you can earn over 165 bps:
- Tier 1 ($0 - $6MM Volume): 50% Revenue Share (avg. 118.75 bps)
- Tier 2 ($6MM - $12MM Volume): 60% Revenue Share (avg. 142.50 bps)
- Tier 3 ($12MM+ Volume): 70% Revenue Share (avg. 166.25 bps)
Note:
Tiers reset Annually.

What We Are Looking For
- Active NMLS License in Virginia
- Proven Track Record: You must have an existing network of referral partners (Realtors, builders, CPAs) and a history of closing loans.
- Self-Starter: This is a 100% commission role. We provide the pricing, processing, and the platform, but you drive your own origination.
- Customer-Obsessed: We pride ourselves on white-glove service. You must be an elite communicator who treats borrowers right.
