The City of Richmond, Department of Public Utilities, is seeking a qualified Site Inspector to enforce adopted ordinances and ensure compliance at public sites, including rights-of-way and public areas.
You will conduct inspections of active construction sites to verify BMPs and stormwater controls, review pollution prevention plans, and ensure SWPPP is updated and implemented. A valid Virginia driver’s license is required.
