At Drybar, we don't just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.
Earn $21–$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions — no earning ceiling!) A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.
Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply!
