The Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) at Ulta Beauty is a dynamic role focused on maximizing sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding selections in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager with service quality, events, and maintaining store standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Expect to perform makeup applications and demonstrations, replenish displays, and build strong guest relationships.
