As a growing and vibrant private practice, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adults, families, and couples, and provide evidence‑based therapy that creates real, lasting change. • Valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Professionalism and upholds practice values, governing bodies, and the Department of Health Professions.
• Client‑centered therapeutic interventions.
• Completes clinical documentation (including SOAP notes) within 48 hours of each session.
• Collaborative, positive team contributor.

Pay:
Salary
* or Revenue‑Based Compensation.

Hours:

15–26 hours per week.

* Salary applies to full‑time employees only.

Schedule:

Day shift / Evening shift.

Ability to Relocate:
Relocate to Richmond, VA 23229 before starting work (Required).
