What You’ll Do

As an SLP at Autism

COE, you’ll deliver individualized therapy that helps children express themselves, engage with the world, and reach critical developmental milestones.

  • Provide one-on-one speech-language therapy using evidence-informed techniques
  • Assess and treat speech, language, pragmatic communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with families
  • Work closely with BCBAs, behavior techs, and caregivers for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records including evaluations, session notes, and reports
  • Stay current with clinical advancements and adhere to ASHA’s code of ethics
What You Bring

We’re looking for a clinician who brings both clinical expertise and compassion to every child interaction.

  • Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY under supervision
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for helping children grow and a commitment to continued learning
