Overview
As a Physical Therapist in our Early Intervention program, you will support the growth, mobility, and development of infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities. You will partner with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to create individualized, family-centered care plans that empower children to reach their fullest potential.

Provide comprehensive early intervention services by conducting evaluations, clinical consultations, and direct therapeutic care that meet quarterly SOAR
365 standards. Maintain deep expertise in infant services and uphold professional certifications while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA privacy standards. Communicate effectively with families and staff to promote organizational goals. Mentor volunteers and interns as valuable members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Master’s degree in the applicable therapeutic field and current state licensure
• Proficiency in the latest therapeutic techniques and the ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies (electronic health records and remote monitoring tools)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to advocate for clients
• Reliable transportation to travel to community-based appointments
• Strong educational foundation with practical experience delivering high-quality, mission-driven care
Hours & ScheduleFull-time therapists
- Typical schedule:
Monday–Friday, with flexibility - Early Intervention:
Children treated in the natural environment, or where they typically spend their day - Staff required to attend on-site meetings, as assigned
- Bonus program available when monthly treatment hours are exceeded
Part-time therapists
- Typical schedule:
any weekday or weekend, with flexibility preferred - Early Intervention:
Children treated in the natural environment, or where they typically spend their day - Staff required to attend on-site meetings, as assigned
- Minimum billable hours: 16 per month
- Sign-on Bonus: $2,000.00 (Full-time only)
