• Strategic Vision: Drive the facility’s growth through innovative clinical programming and community partnerships across Central Virginia.

• A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a Human Services field (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of senior-level management experience in behavioral health or residential treatment setting.
• An innovative spirit and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced, urban healthcare environment.
