Position: Clinical Supervisor and Assessor (LPC, LCSW, LMHP-E/R)

The Attachment and Trauma Institute is seeking a qualified and highly motivated candidate to fill Full Time LMHP E/R Clinical Supervisor position!

Join an agency with over 19 years of commitment to Trauma Informed Care in Central Virginia.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Individual and group trauma-informed supervision on a weekly basis to a team of up to ten Counselors.
  • Full management and oversight of reviewing clinical documentation to ensure it is accurate and submitted within established timeframe. Working closely with Quality Assurance department to support documentation compliance.
  • Participation in management and treatment team meetings, relevant community meetings, and other service group activities that support the effective operation for the services.
  • Shared responsibility in management of intake of new assessments, management of assessment team, review of clinical assessments and building relationships within the community with partnering agencies.
  • Opportunity to conduct assessments.
  • Opportunity to provide outpatient therapy.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Maintains an active, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, OR Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling) within the state of Virginia. Eligible to provide supervision for QMHP’s as stipulated by the Virginia Licensing Board.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
  • Trauma treatment experience and training preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Medicaid regulations.
  • Valid Virginia driver’s license.
  • Experience supervising community based service providers preferred.
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative a must.

Office Hours
  • Monday
    - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm.
  • Friday 8:30am-1:30pm.
  • On-call availability as needed.

$25.00 - $43.00 per hour.
