Enteral Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enteral Sales Representative based in Richmond, VA. The Enteral Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, caregivers, and patients. Day-to-day tasks include educating referral sources about Lincare’s enteral therapy products and services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales goals. The representative will also ensure a professional and compassionate approach when addressing the needs of patients and healthcare providers.

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the healthcare or medical field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of enteral therapy products and services is preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record-keeping systems
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet travel requirements for the role
