• Work in an angiography and special procedures unit with adult patient population.
• Perform interventional radiology and special procedures as assigned.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Work a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on a 13—week travel contract.
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted; no exceptions to the 50—mile rule.
• Submit references and required documents prior to consideration.

• Minimum 2 years of recent interventional radiology experience.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 6 months.
• Active state license required if applicable.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC, valid at least 30 days from start.
• US Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SSNs not accepted.
• Professional references: one for Virginia, two for Florida and Missouri.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
